Our production platform manages a luxury mountain rental in Copper Mountain, Colorado. It syncs bookings from Evolve (Airbnb, VRBO, direct), auto-calculates Colorado taxes across 6 jurisdictions, schedules Stripe installment payments with automated reminders, sends templated guest emails on check-in/checkout, and controls thermostats and garage doors through Hubitat based on booking status.
Guests receive a unique URL for self-service access to door codes, garage control, deicer activation, and checkout details — no app installation required.
